The only thing I found wrong was the return vent was dirty, and the directions of places that you need to go to and to get back to where you are staying is very confusing, says that great place highly recommend it
The views and the people were beyond amazing! The grounds were well kept and clean. My only complaint was the black mold in my bathroom around the shower. The floor had completely rotted away and allowed for room for the black mold to take over
Rental was outdated but peaceful and beautiful area with breathtaking views made it worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairways. The room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable but needed a lot of TLC. It is an older model for sure. But, for us it was great!! We were right on the golf course and close to the swimming pool. We left very to hike and there were many to choose from so we will be back!!
Perfect place to stay for Lake Lure adventures. If you golf at Apple Valley golf course, its on the golf course and the back deck view is one of the greens. Very nice, comfortable place to stay with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and not far from Lake Lure.
If I could give 10*, I would definitely do that. We stayed here back in March, 2024 with my family for a week. Everything was great! This place is so beautiful and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The mountains were majestic and it was a peaceful and fun drive getting around. The pool and jacuzzi is clean and there is steam cabin inside the building as well. I thank the management! I really enjoyed staying here as I have always dreamed about visiting North Carolina.
My husband and I spent a week in this wonderful place. We had a vacation and we just had a fantastic time here. If you love golf, then this is the place for you, there is a huge golf course here. But we don't like golf, we enjoyed the mountain trails, visited the pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed the quiet of the area. There were few vacationers, and we were glad of it. The room we stayed in was so outdated that it was the only drawback of our stay. And everything else was wonderful! The staff was very polite, the pool, sauna and fitness center were clean. Our room was clean and the balcony had a wonderful view every evening. There is a full kitchen with all the accessories, a full-fledged landry, it's a pity that it was impossible to light a fireplace, but it's not so scary. My husband and I will definitely come back!
